So-called "dangerous items" may not be taken along on board of airplanes or to events.

In order to pass the security control, these items have to be left with the security staff. Very often these are pocket knives, high-value manicure cases, sports equipment or expensive perfume bottles and cream tubs, too. These items are irrecoverably disposed.

Very often this generates misunderstanding at the persons checked. The imminent loss of items causes discussions and annoyance at the control and, of course, logically frustration at the travellers.

GoAndSmile has solved this problem! -  How to proceed:

You may not take a "prohibited item" through the control?

Put the item into a "GoAndSmile"-bag that is kept ready at the security staff. Close the bag, hand it over to the control personnel and take along the receipt with the pick-up code. This procedure takes only some seconds and does not delay the control. And you can continue your journey with a smile - you are sure that you will get back your item! 

Your item will be brought to our central warehouse and is waiting there for your request via our website.

You have 6 weeks' time to request your item online at www.goandsmile.com. Simply visit our website and enter the pick-up code. Then follow the instructions. This process only takes some minutes.

For this service and the postal charges you have to pay a fee either by bank transfer or credit card. After entering the shipping address you will get these costs. Then you still can decide whether you want to use our dispatch service "GoAndSmile".

Our service is not expensive. The fee, for example, for dispatching a manicure case within Germany is only € 5!

As soon as payment has been effected, our central warehouse will send the item, safely packed, to the address you stated - even world-wide. 

Thus within a few days the item will be in your hands again. 

If you do not request the item, we will dispose it after the 6 weeks' storage time.
